Get to Know Christine & KidSpeak Consulting! Christine Gordon founded KidSpeak Consulting in response to her years working in after-school & community-based programs with youth from many different backgrounds. She discovered an epidemic of discouraged, disengaged young people that crossed all demographics. Now it is Christine's mission and passion to equip others with the tools (and confidence!) needed to empower these young people with the self-respect, dignity, responsibility and integrity they deserve. Christine has over 10 years experience working with children from all backgrounds and ages in a variety of settings. She has worked in youth programs, preschools, schools, and with families directly. She is passionate about youth development, food politics and community. In her free time she enjoys reading, exploring cities by bicycle, and spending time with family. | What’s the KidSpeak difference?

I seek to not only empower our nation’s poorest and most disadvantaged communities because I believe that puts us in a better position globally; but to also empower those of privilege to become allies, because the world needs those with a voice to speak up for those without.
I am actively involved in producing the next generation of leaders – leaders that lead with compassion and integrity, because I believe we can do better.
I am part of a movement that is active and dynamic; one that effects social and environmental change because it understands the relationship between the two and the critical need for immediate action.
I believe it really does take a village to raise a child and I intend to support our entire village for the sake of all our children.
I work to ensure my life makes a positive difference in the world and leaves it in better condition than I found it.
