What others are saying:

“Christine exudes passion in all that she does. She works wonderfully well with children…I feel as though she taught me a lot of the skills I know with regards to working with, communicating with, and disciplining children.”

Shaina Templeton MSW,

“Christine single handedly took a program that was failing in numbers, and turned it into a major success. I am proud to have spent my work in youth development with Christine. I consider her a co-worker, friend, mentor and teacher."

Tony Bradley M.Ed,

“Christine is a passionate and creative leader. She has an innate ability to connect with youth and does an excellent job of building community by making sure that everyone’s voice is valued and heard.”

Jared Schapiro M.Ed,

“Christine "gets" working with children and their families and she is great at sharing the information she has. She is also a skilled trainer. I recommend her highly!”

Get to Know Christine & KidSpeak Consulting!

Christine Gordon founded KidSpeak Consulting in response to her years working in after-school & community-based programs with youth from many different backgrounds. She discovered an epidemic of discouraged, disengaged young people that crossed all demographics.

Now it is Christine's mission and passion to equip others with the tools (and confidence!) needed to empower these young people with the self-respect, dignity, responsibility and integrity they deserve.

Christine has over 10 years experience working with children from all backgrounds and ages in a variety of settings. She has worked in youth programs, preschools, schools, and with families directly. She is passionate about youth development, food politics and community. In her free time she enjoys reading, exploring cities by bicycle, and spending time with family.
What’s the KidSpeak difference?

  • Our learning is experiential, hands-on and interactive.
  • We use a strengths-based approach that empowers kids and adults to use the tools they already have to develop new skills.
  • We believe that leaders (teachers and parents included) lead best when they are accountable to a shared vision of mutual respect, open communication and inclusiveness.
  • Years of experience and our research-based approach provides the foundation of our innovation in this field.
